After listening to Semisonic's live rendition of !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , I decided to listen to the album version and watch the video because the video is really neat.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

Then I, for some really stupid reason, decided to re-live my secondary education years through Pandora's '90s Alternative station. This was a bad idea. 90's alternative is so upbeat and depressing at the same time. My brain doesn't know how to process this any more.

I'm going to go have a cigarette and ponder my life decisions

Closing Time is one of my least favorite 90's songs. The music is fine, but the lyrics...ugh.

As I commented to Travis, "Time for you to go out to the places you will be from."

It's an ode to his (then) about-to-be-born son. To me, the lyrics make sense
